Why this is witness tampering:

I am the surviving witness to a trafficking network that operated in Quebec in the 1980s, as a runaway in Quebec City in the spring of 1984, while my mother was press attaché to the then minister of education. My testimony links public institutions, law enforcement failures, and systemic concealment within my own family as my first cousin is a psychologist who has worked with law enforcement and specializes in Trauma and openly talks about how interfacing with victims of trafficking leads to desensitization and numbing.

Every attempt to discredit me, medicate me without consent, distort my medical file, or restrict my communications is therefore not a “clinical decision” — it is an act of witness suppression designed to neutralize a living source of evidence. The psychiatric containment apparatus is being used as a tool of judicial obstruction.

This is not about my “mental state”; it is about silencing a credible witness whose record contradicts institutional interests.

This post serves as a public record and legal notice documenting a pattern of witness tampering and obstruction of justice inside the Montreal General Hospital’s psychiatric wing.

Earlier today, I delivered a handwritten notice in erasable green ink (photographed, timestamped, and backed up) to Dr. Karin Goddard, my treating psychiatrist here at the Montreal General Hospital for inclusion in my medical file.

It should be noted that I am currently also in the process of filing a report with the MUHC Ombudsman’s office as the level of mistreatment I have received from my treating psychiatrist doctor Daniel Zigman at the Allan Memorial has been staggering and has only increased after I made him aware I had contacted the ombudsman’s office in February and especially since I requested we update my chart with a diagnosis of CPTSD and a formal assessment for autism spectrum. Doctor Zigman’s misconduct in trying to frame me as being in the midst of a manic and psychotic episode after he became aware I started writing my memoirs in late December and attempted to dissuade me from publishing advance chapters here on my blog with the excuse that it would upset my abusive family cannot be denied.

In his letter from September 18th 2025, “Request for a Community Treatment Order for 24 months”, he falsely attributed to me claims of immortality twice, ““currently states she is immortal”, and, as if repeating the lie made it any more true saying a second time: “she has stated that she believes that she is immortal.”

When I happened to see Dr Goddard in the hallway on my way to the nursing station to have my handwritten letter delivered to her after obtaining a photocopy, she calmly read the letter while commenting:

“You have very nice handwriting.”

Immediately afterward, she instructed staff to continue restricting my phone access, directly violating my right to communication and documentation. This restriction — which tightens my ability to communicate, document, and advocate for myself — is being actively enforced by tonight’s attending nurse Anaïs, who is fully informed of the context and pretending to be empathetic while executing the directive.

This coordinated behaviour demonstrates that the medical team is knowingly participating in obstruction of justice.

Their intent is clear: to suppress my communications, isolate me from witnesses and legal counsel, and strengthen their fabricated psychiatric narrative in advance of a court application for forced injections of antipsychotic drugs on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025.

The pretext for these forced treatments relies on deliberate falsifications already entered into my record — among them, the absurd claim ‘believes herself to be immortal,’ and ‘claims the Messiah told her to come to the ER’ which are outright fabrication.

This entire situation must be understood through the lens of witness tampering — the key that explains the decades-long systemic abuse I’ve endured. Every misdiagnosis, every distortion, every punitive “treatment” has functioned to undermine and discredit the credibility of my testimony.

Below is the full bilingual email reproducing the text of the letter and the photos of the original I sent today to my stepfather, Robert Bourges, and to my lawyer, Yohann Elbaz, officially reproducing the notice and establishing redundant, timestamped electronic copies.

Yohann: things have come to light over the weekend which you are not yet aware of which has suddenly made the entire systemic abuse make sense. My stepfather Robert Bourges is well aware of the details and I will fill you in when we speak next.

Dr. Goddard,

I am neither manic nor psychotic and you know it. 

This is witness suppression. I am no longer confused about that. 

If you want details, I will provide them. But from this moment on, any attempt to medicate me, to discredit me, or to insert distortions into my medical file will constitute deliberate obstruction of testimony. 

Let this be clear, I am already fully aware that false and defamatory statements have been entered into my record. Allowing these knowingly fabricated claims to be presented to a court or tribunal will not be treated as a medical error. It will be treated as evidence tampering and defamation with intent to mislead judicial proceedings. 

Those falsifications must be struck from the record. Proceeding with them in place will make you personally liable. 

If you continue trying to silence me in any way, including by restricting access to my phone, it will be recorded — internally and externally — that you knowingly interfered with a national level inquiry. 

You don’t get to decide whether I speak — only whether you will be on record as helping or hindering the process of justice.

Je rends ce document officiel (voir photos ci-jointes du document manuscrit en encre verte effaçable) et j’en crée des copies de sauvegarde avant de le remettre à mon infirmier Bruno pour qu’il le photocopie et le transmette à la docteure Karin Goddard.

Yohann — des éléments sont apparus au cours du week-end dont tu n’es pas encore informé, et qui ont soudainement clarifié l’ensemble des abus systémiques. Mon beau-père, Robert Bourges, en connaît déjà les grandes lignes, et je te mettrai au courant lors de notre prochaine discussion.

Si vous voulez des détails, je vous les fournirai. Mais à partir de ce moment, toute tentative de me médicaliser, de me discréditer ou d’insérer des déformations dans mon dossier médical constituera une obstruction délibérée au témoignage.

Que ce soit clair — je suis pleinement consciente que de fausses déclarations diffamatoires ont déjà été inscrites dans mon dossier. Permettre que ces affirmations sciemment fabriquées soient présentées devant un tribunal ou une cour ne sera pas considéré comme une erreur médicale. Ce sera traité comme de la falsification de preuve et de la diffamation avec intention d’induire en erreur une procédure judiciaire.

Ces falsifications doivent être retirées du dossier. Procéder en les maintenant en place vous rendra personnellement responsable.

Si vous continuez à tenter de me faire taire de quelque manière que ce soit — y compris en restreignant l’accès à mon téléphone — il sera enregistré, à l’interne comme à l’externe, que vous avez sciemment interféré avec une enquête de niveau national.

Ce n’est pas à vous de décider si je parle — seulement si vous serez consignée comme aidant ou entravant le processus de justice.
