Serious Cause for Concern

2–3 minutes
From my treating psychiatrists Request for Community Treatment Order for 24 months—the section where he recommends Metformin and critically omits to add what a responsible doctor should have — “Due to the patient’s impaired renal function, this drug may pose risk of lactic acidosis and should be avoided or used with extreme caution”.

I have done some research on drug interactions and side effects for the pharmaceuticals I have been encouraged to take during this hospitalization and which the hospital intends to seek a court order for on October 29th. What I have discovered is deeply concerning and appears consistent with the broader pattern of witness tampering and attempts to frame me as detached from reality in multiple psychiatric reports since I began publishing my memoirs.

It must be noted that I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes on arrival on September 14th after the initial blood test, and that Metformin was prescribed and repeatedly offered to me by hospital nurses. I refused it, clearly stating that I intended to manage my blood sugar through dietary adjustments and exercise.

It is imperative to keep in mind that doctors prescribed this medication despite being fully aware of my impaired kidney function and elevated creatinine levels following a deliberate opioid overdose of 1,800 mg of codeine in July 2022.

After researching the drug, I discovered that Metformin carries a well-documented risk of lactic acidosis in patients with reduced renal clearance—a potentially fatal condition.

My refusal of Metformin is being mischaracterized as “non-compliance” or as evidence of delusional thinking, when in fact it reflects an informed and medically responsible decision.

The insistence on prescribing a contraindicated drug, while simultaneously portraying me as “irresponsible about my health,” is a clear example of negligence and distortion that undermines confidence in their clinical judgment. This mirrors the same pattern found in psychiatric reports falsely claiming that I “believe I am immortal” or that “the Messiah sent me,” suggesting a systematic effort to discredit my credibility and justify coercive treatment.

This is not care — it’s witness tampering tied to what I experienced as a teenager in a trafficking ring in the 1980s.

Every new “medical” distortion only confirms that what’s being done to me has nothing to do with helping me heal.

The fact my treating psychiatrist at the Allan Memorial Institute actively tried to discourage me from publishing chapters from my memoirs on this blog and then proceeded to gaslight me that I was experiencing a manic episode and am in the throes of psychosis while falsely claiming I think myself immortal in his request for court ordered injections and treatment with Metformin, among other pharmaceuticals is not something that should be brushed aside as a mere misunderstanding.
