Psychiatrist: “Patient has delusions about being Napoleon”.

I wish I was exaggerating but a psychiatrist actually wrote in his report twice that I claimed the Messiah brought me to the hospital and also wrote twice I claim I can’t die (several psychiatrists have copy/pasted that particular line of nonsense on my reports. AND NOBODY SEES A PROBLEM HERE?! SERIOUSLY?!?
